(spoken word) The simple, ugly truth is that no one can really help you. They can comfort you and soothe you, but no one can truly understand. And that's OK. You take your time and eventually life will have color again. But know that's it's OK to make progress, and know that it is OK to lose progress and have bad days where you can't cope.

Moving On 07:01
(whispers) Have to accept that no matter what happens, I will never, ever, talk to her again The memory will haunt me every day for the rest of my existence Never should have forgiven him the first time. Or the second time. Or the third time. Or the fifth time. Destroyed my life and myself for them. all to have it thrown all away. I'll never meet anyone like her, never find anyone to share such a passionate love like we had. He did something lethal, and is now about to commit suicide. It's all my fault. He's gonna die, and it's gonna be my fault... Have no idea, I never meant to hurt her, I just thought she was crazy, Should have worked less Wanted to see the mountains I wanted to live

Coming Home 06:35
(spoken word) There is a difference between changes and transitions. Change is situation, transition is psychological. It's not the events outside us that make the transition, it's the inner reorientation and meaning redefinition that we make to incorporate those changes. Transitions are times when crossing, or traveling from something old and familiar to something new and unfamiliar. Most transitions are small and pass by almost unnoticed. Some, however, cause major disruptions in routines that force us to re-examine our values and lifestyle.
5.
(spoken word) This is the machine of answers. This machine has the answer to all your questions and life's dilemmas. Let's try an example. Here is my question.

about

Stadtgeist ("City of Ghosts") is a short film project created by my friend Eric Klein. The premise of the film is waking up in an empty city, alone. Moving through empty streets and trying to make sense of what happened and how you got there.

Film trailer can be viewed here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxrpTZ1fzQ4

This album bristles with solemn energy. Moving from dark ambient soundscapes to driven fanfares, this album creates a very distinct story arc of death and surviving.
