Track Name: Sound Slurry
Where all the instrumentation stops
Like, the melody line stops and the drums just carry on
They don't do a crazy drum solo, they just keep the groove going
That's a break beat
Track Name: Wake Up Call
Stay up now (x4)
Wake up, wake up, Wake up, wake up
Wake up, wake up, Wake up, wake call for you

Stay up now (x4)
Wake up, wake up, Wake up, wake up
Wake up, wake up, Wake up, wake call for you
Track Name: Preserve the Mind
We're talking about our mind
our most valuable, and precious resource
through which we experience every single moment of our lives

Lost in thought

The sad fact is that we are no longer present in the world in which we live

Most people assume that meditation is all about sort of stopping thoughts
Getting rid of emotions, somehow controlling the mind
But actually it's quite different than that

It's more about stepping back
Sort of seeing the thought clearly
Witnessing it coming and going, emotions coming and going without judgment

But with a relaxed, focused mind

You know, we can't change every little thing that happens to us in life
But we can change the way we experience it
Track Name: Claustrophobic in Crowds
You suffer from claustrophobia

That horrible growing panic
When you're in an elevator or crowded subway
Or any small and enclosed space
And in a moment I'll give you an amazingly quick solution that will fit you

Anxiety and panic

Easily occupy the mind

To breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose
And then breathe out slowly through your mouth after you've counted to four
Track Name: Millions of Little Screens
But this is different
This is millions and millions of little screens
Who send light on you

So you become hypnotized
All that's on TV, it just goes directly into your brain
And you stop judging if it's right or not
So you just swallow and swallow

This is an Icelandic poet told me once
And I became so scared that I always got headaches when I watched it

But then later on I stopped being afraid
Because I read the truth and that's the scientifical truth
Which is much better

You shouldn't let poets lie to you
Track Name: Monster Hugs
We keep huggin all the people
We have fun down with the people
We share love up on the people
We bring joy back to the people
Track Name: Phantoms
Man, it's hard you know
Existing outside.. outside the perception of others
It makes you feel, makes you feel like you don't really exist
Makes you feel like a ghost
